Step into a larger-than-life art experience with David Hockney: Bigger & Closer (Not Smaller & Further Away), an immersive visual show that puts you right inside the creative mind of one of the most influential artists of our time.
Brought to Singapore in collaboration with Lightroom London, this immersive experience explores how Hockney has spent decades challenging the way people see the world, across painting, photography, drawing, and digital media.
Large-scale projections, layered sound, and dynamic spatial design guide you through his creative process, from early experiments with perspective, to his fearless embrace of colour and new technologies.
The projections are so enveloping that at times we felt like we were standing right beside Hockney, and at others, like we've stepped straight into one of his paintings.
The focus is on how Hockney sees and how scale, proximity, and attention can turn a garden, a road, or a quiet afternoon into something you can't look away from.
Playful and contemplative in equal measure, the show asks you to do something surprisingly simple: slow down, look closer, and remember what it feels like to really notice things.
