The Indian Heritage Centre (IHC) traces the history of Indian and South Asian communities in Singapore and the Southeast Asian region.

Permanent Gallery: Indians in Singapore - Past & Present

The permanent galleries feature five themes spanning the 1st century CE to the 21st century.

Artifacts and interactive displays present the history of interactions between South and Southeast Asia.

The galleries take us through the experiences of the Indian community in both Singapore and Malaya during the colonial period.

The contributions of the Indian and South Asian communities to Singapore's nation building efforts are highlighted.

The IHC runs various programs such as craft demonstrations and special guided tours.

Check the IHC website for the latest programs.
