Experience 1950s Chinatown at the Chinatown Heritage Centre.

Located within three beautifully restored shophouses on Pagoda Street, the Chinatown Heritage Centre offers a glimpse into the lives of Chinatown's early residents.

Immersive exhibits trace the stories and hardships of the early immigrants who left their villages in China with the hope of seeking a better life in Singapore.

Step into the homes of Chinatown's early residents with the recreation of the original interiors of the shophouse's tenants. Experience what is was like to be living in such cramped conditions.
