The is part of Online Duan Wu Carnival 2021, an event organized by the Singapore Federation of Chinese Clan Association.

Little India ArtWalk + Art Workshop

Join award winning tour operator Monster Day Tours on an adventure through the streets of Little India.

You'll be going on a 30 minutes live virtual tour to discover art murals painted by local artists that tell the story of Singapore's past and present.

An expert guide together with a co-host will conduct the live tour (not a video recording!) and they'll also be interacting with participants throughout with questions, polls, and games.

Then experience a hands-on chocolate making workshop where you will be making simple Nama chocolates in the comfort of your home.

Hello From the Wild Side - Singapore Zoo

In Zoo Explained, you'll join in a live interactive virtual experience and go behind the scenes to learn about how the Singapore Zoo cares for and trains its animal stars.

Meet Natalie and Hanna, the Zoo's animal trainers from the Animal Friends Show, who will be happy to answer all of your questions about animal training and the Zoo.

Sky Lantern Release Live-Streaming Experience

Experience Taiwan's iconic Pingxi sky lantern release experience from your home.

Risograph printing is a semi-analogue printing technique, which produces prints with a unique textured effect.

After the workshop, your photoworks will also be printed as A5 postcards and each family will receive 10 postcards.

It's FanTEAstic Online Carnival

Learn all about tea such as its production and tea culture, play online games, and quizzes, and watch online tutorials that will immerse you in the art of tea and tea brewing.

Our favorite - How to make brown sugar bubble tea at home. Though unfortunately, there are no tutorials about how to lose all those extra calories!

Past Events

First Fleet

Jointly presented by Nine Years Theatre and SCCC, First Fleet is a play inspired by Thomas Keneally's novel The Playmaker and other materials on the convict transportation to Australia.

Set in 1787, First Fleet is about the journey of the First Fleet of the British empire which sets sail for Australia with a group of convicts aboard to establish a penal colony.

Along the way, the Governor instructs one of his lieutenants to rehearse a play with the convicts, with the hope of using the power of theatre to rehabilitate them.

The winner of the Production of the Year award at the Straits Times Life Theatre Awards 2020, the play explores the relationships between theatre and humanity.

This is an online stream and the performance will be conducted in Mandarin.
