With everyone's attention on the newly opened Coastal Playgrove at East Coast Park, it's easy to overlook that there's another awesome playground just next door!
Located close to the beach with wonderful views of the sea, the playground offers a range of play equipment suitable for children of all ages and has plenty of open spaces.
The three-storey, 8-meter high tower is this playground's highlight. Modelled after a lighthouse, the tower consists of many play elements including slides, a rope bridge, and climbing net courses.
You'll need to climb up and make your way through the net obstacle before you can get to the slides at the tower.
Once you're at the tower, you'll be met with two slides including this wide tube slide which has more than enough space for parents and kids to slide down together!
Kids will love the wide variety of play features, from climbing challenges and balance beams, to swings and roundabouts.
Climb your way to the top of the hill.
Put your balance and agility to the test.
The younger ones won't be left out as there are many toddler play areas here.
Lots of open spaces to run around in
The playground also has inclusive play elements such as sensory panels and special swings that encourage children of different abilities to interact and play together.
Kids can spin, rock, and swing around on the inclusive play equipment to improve their muscle control.
Swing that allows for kids to be strapped in securely.
Sensory play feature
With a whole host of dining options nearby such as McDonald's and The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, parents will have no shortage of places to chill out in when running after the kids becomes too much!
